We are pleased to welcome two new Moderators to our staff team: Evangelion and Lex. Both of them are longtime members whose involvement with UKNova is marked by their many contributions to the site and community. Congratulations Eva and Lex!

We would like to remind RSS users again that your feed URLs contain a ‘torrent key’ that identifies you. This means you should not share your RSS feed with other people on any service. Otherwise they can download files on your account, potentially wrecking your score.

Vuze (aka Azureus 4) is one such service, and particularly bad one in that if you share your UKNova feed URL it will actively suggest your feed to other users downloading UKNova torrents, who may not realise they are hijacking your account.

Users seen sharing their feeds will have their torrent keys reset, and may be banned on repeated occurrences.

We'd like to welcome our newest admins on our staff team: Angelina5 and Lincslad. Both of them have faithfully served as moderators on the site for the last couple of years. Congratulations Angelina5 and Lincslad!

Today is UKNova's 5th Birthday!

We're delighted to have reached 5 years of service and would like to thank all the wonderful members of our community who have made it possible for us to achieve this amazing milestone by contributing so much over the last 5 years!

To celebrate we will be rewarding our 5 longest serving and 5 highest uploading members with VIP status!
